| 摘 要： | 以酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂,在常压液相下用乙酸和乙醇合成乙酸乙酯,实验观察了催化剂用量和催化剂使用次数对反应体系的乙酸乙酯收率影响.通过实验得到优化反应条件:催化剂用量为物料总量的8%,催化剂连续使用6次,乙酸乙酯收率可达78%.

| Abstract: | The esterification reaction of acetic acid and ethanol using cation exchange resin wasinvestigated.The catalyst activity and the converting rate of process were discussed under catalyst amount,times of catalysator uses number.The optimal conditions obtained by the experiment for the esterification reaction with the yield up to 78% is that catalysator amount are to be material all quantity 8%,catalysator is continued using 6 times. |
