摘    要:通过有限元仿真(ANSYS),首先分析了不同高度路堤顶部沉降形态(选取填土高度分别为1.6和5.0m这2种实际工程),然后计算出基于路基沉降形态的沥青路面受力情况,并与常用简化沉降形态下的情况进行对比.结果表明:a.实际沉降形态下低路堤顶部呈现"勺"形沉降,其路面结构除了在拼接处顶面("勺"形曲线凸部)承受附加拉应力外,其新建路面部分的基层底部("勺"形曲线凹部)存在较大反弯拉应力,底基层可能先于面层开裂;b.高路堤主要受面层顶面拼接处拉应力控制,其反弯拉应力不明显.简化沉降形态不能准确反映路面结构的破坏层和破坏点.

Abstract:Firstly,the settlement patterns of Embankments with different heights(the depth of fill is 1.6 and 5.0 m separately) were analyzed used FEM simulation(ANSYS).Secondly,the stress analysis on asphalt pavement structures based on the actual subgrade uneven settlement pattern was made,which was compared with that of commonly simplified settlement pattern.The results show that:a.low embankment shows "spoon" type uneven settlement under actual settlement pattern,its pavement structure bear the additional tensile stress on lapped joint("spoon" curve convex) and large reverse bending tensile stress occurred on base(sub-base)("spoon" curve concave) of the newly built pavement,moreover base(sub-base) may cracked earlier than pavement;b.high embankment is mainly affected by tensile stress from top of the lapped joint whereas the reverse bending tensile stress is not obvious.Simplified settlement pattern cannot accurately reflect the pavement structure damaging layer and the failure point.
