摘    要:使用高精度的数字微镜(DMD)阵列代替传统的阿达玛编码模板,使得阿达玛光学编码过程中没有任何机械运动部件,从而大大提高了光谱仪的抗震性和稳定性.利用FPGA和MSP430单片机控制DMD产生阿达玛变换编码模板,并按照特定的时序完成模板的移动、模拟信号/数字信号(A/D)采样脉冲产生与筛选等工作.利用以该模板为核心部件的阿达玛变换光谱仪进行了性能测试实验,结果表明该仪器性能优良,稳定可靠.

Abstract:The core part of the Hadama transform spectrometer is its masks.Traditional Hada-a′s masks was replaced by digital micromirror device(DMD) with high accuracy,making the spectrometer without any mechanical move parts to improving the stability greatly.FPGA and MSP430 microcomputer were used to control DMD generating Hadamard transform mask,finish the job of mask′s cycling movement and the screening of analog-signal/digital-signal(A/D)sampling pulse.Finally,we have tested the spectromenter′s ability which are based on this mask.The results show that the instrument reliable perfor-mance.
