| 摘 要： | 根据商群对称性分析法和位置群分析法分别对Nd :YVO4 (简称NYV)晶体的Raman光谱做了理论计算 ,得到了不同的结果 .运用实验的手段 ,根据Raman谱线的数目判定商群对称性分析法符合实际 ,同时判定NYV晶体原胞中应含有 4个NYV分子式 |

The raman spectra analysis of Nd:YVO4 crystal |

| Abstract: | The factor group symmetry analysis method and position symmetry analysis method were used to analyse the Raman spectra of Nd:YVO 4(NYV) crystal. The Raman spectra of NYV was measured at room temperature and the Raman peaks are assigned on the basies of the group theory. According the apex numbers of the Raman spectra, we conclude that the factor group symmetry analysis is accord with the fact and the pimitive cell of NYV contains four formula units. |
