| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了一个基于局域网的校园视频监控系统的设计技术。对于视频数据的采集及网络传输、数据库存储等技术进行了讨论,着重分析了无人看守图像侵入智能检测技术的研究。整个系统基于Delphi 7进行开发。
