氯羟丙基磷酸酯对聚氨酯软泡阻燃改性的研究

摘    要:研究了具有化学活性的新型阻燃剂氯羟丙基磷酸酯(CHPA)对PU软泡的阻燃改性表明:含12phrCHPA的PU软泡阻燃效果最佳,极限氧指数比不含阻燃剂的软泡增加了10,燃烧性达到GB10800-89/Ⅰ级阻燃。证明了氯磷酸酯基结合在PU分子上,有效地提高了PU软泡的抗燃持久性,改善弹性强度和发泡性能等。还对这类泡沫塑料阻燃及增强机理作了初步的探讨。

Abstract:A new type of chemical active fire retardant, The flame-retarding effects ofchlorohydroxypropylphosphate(CHPA)on flexible Pu foam have been studied. The results show thatwhen the PU foam contains 12 phr CHPA, the flame-retarding effects get best---the limiting oxygenindex(LOI) is 10 higher than that of the PU foam without CHPA,hits the flame-retardant specifica-tion of GB10800/I.It is also demonstrated that after conjucting with the molecular chain of PU foam,CHPA can improve the flame resistance,elastic strength and foaming properties,etc. The mechanismof reinforcing and flame-retarding of such foam plastics is investigated.
