| 摘 要： | 基于全生命周期的视角,建立了科技计划项目过程管理的评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价和多层次灰色综合评价,对江苏省科技厅验收的5项科技计划项目进行了实证研究.对两种评价结果进行了分析,证明了评价指标体系的科学性和合理性,而且多层次灰色综合评价是一种更有效的科技计划项目过程管理评价方法.
