基于协同效应的组织团队建设

摘    要:团队在组织中已经发挥着越来越重要的作用。团队作用的发挥在于团队成员的整体工作绩效远大于个人绩效之和,究其原因就是团队成员的协同效应。优秀的团队必然是由能够高效发挥协同效应的团队成员构成,在当前我国处在时代大转型的过程中,组织的团队建设也面临着前所未有的挑战,能够充分发挥团队的协同效应是组建团队的一个重要依据,团队建设的模式选择则是发挥协同效应的重要保障。
