| Abstract: | The object of the research is off-line handwritten numerals which are written by some specific persons(including 10 Arabic numerals).A template matching method is proposed which is aim at handwritten numerals which are written by some specific persons.The objects are limited in handwritten numerals which are written by some specific persons.Find the dimension of template which is well first,then recognize the numeral. |
