O_3/H_2O_2降解活性黄X-RG优化设计及动力学研究

摘    要:采用O_3/H_2O_2工艺处理活性黄X-RG,考察废水的pH、O_3流量、染料的初始质量浓度及温度对活性黄X-RG脱色率的影响,并进行反应动力学研究,建立了动力学模型。通过对染料紫外可见光谱和红外光谱的分析,探究活性黄X-RG的矿化程度。结果表明:pH的增加、O_3流量和温度的提高有利于染料的降解,而染料初始质量浓度的增加则导致降解率降低,其中O_3流量变化对结果的影响相对较小。当H_2O_2投加量为1 mmol、pH为 6.5、O_3流量为 60 L/h、染料初始质量浓度为300 mg/L、温度为293 K时,活性黄X-RG脱色率达到95.03%。在实验范围内,该降解过程符合一级动力学。

Abstract:The active yellow X-RG is treated in the O3/H2O2 process. The effects of pH value, ozone flow rate, initial dye concentration and temperature on the decolorization rate of reactive yellow X-RG wastewater are investigated. The kinetics of the reaction is studied and a kinetic model is established. The degree of mineralization of active yellow X-RG is investigated by the analysis of the ultraviolet visible spectrum and infrared spectrum of the dye. The results show that the increase of pH, ozone flow rate and temperature are beneficial to the degradation of dyes, while the degradation rate will decrease with the increase of concentration and the effect of change in O3 flow on the results is relatively small. Under the optimum conditions that H2O2 of 1 mmol, pH of 6.5, initial dye concentration of 300 mg/L, temperature of 293 K, decolorization rate of Reactive Yellow X-RG can be up to 95.03%. Within the experimental range, the degradation process is consistent with first order kinetics.
