| 摘 要： | 医疗信息系统(HIS)数据库具有吞吐量大 ,更新 /插入 /删除操作频繁 ,查询复杂等特点 如何使用有限的计算机系统资源为更多的用户服务 ,如何保证用户的响应速度和服务质量 ,这些问题都是属于数据库性能优化的范畴 以镇江市第一人民医院ORACLE数据库系统为平台 ,首先给出HIS系统数据库性能优化评价指标 ,然后给出初始化文件的配置情况和几种资源争用的判别标志、解决方案 ,以及数据库对象的具体解决步骤 ,最后指出数据库性能优化是几种因素综合的结果

| Abstract: | Health Information System(HIS) database is featured with its power throughout,frequent update/insert/delete operations and complicated data inquiry. So how to serve more users with limited computer resources and how to retain the user claimed speed and serving quality, depend on the optimization of database's . As an example, the ORACLE database is used to the No.1 People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City. Firstly, the index of the database performance is optimized. Secondly, the configuration of the initialized file is given. The resource competition and the detailed method on how to settle for database object are also determined. Lastly, it points out that database performance should be opimized under all kinds of above measures. |
