| 摘 要： | 作者于1990年5月至8月在四川省乐山地区发现鲤鱼患单极虫病.研究结果表明,病原体为鲮单极虫(Thelohanellus rohitae)和新种乐山单极虫(Thelohanellus leshanensis sp.nov.).新种的模式标本保存于重庆师范学院生物学系.

| Abstract: | The Thelohanellus disease of common carp in Lcshan region of Sichuan is reported. The pathogcncnics of the disease arc Thelohanellus rohitae (Souuthwcll ct Prashad, 1918) and Thelohanellus leshanensis sp. nov.Thc type specimens of the new species arc deposited in the Department of Biology, Chongqing Normal College.The morphological characteristics of Thelohanellus leshanensis arc as following:Host, locality and date: Skin, caudal fin of Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Lcshan region of Sichuan Province; May and August, 1990.Vegetative form: Cyst rounded, 0.6 (0.35-0.80) mm in diam..Spore: ellipsoidal or oval in thccal view and ellipsoidal in sutural view. The sutural ridge is straight and distinct, with a spherical polar capsule. Sporoplasm with a large and rounded iodophilic vacuolc. Dimension of the preserved (in formalin) spores: 16.56 ( 14.8 - 18.4 ) nm in length, 9.59 ( 8.8- 10.3 )um in width and 9.2( 8.8-9.6 )um in thickness. Polar capsule 6.14 ( 5.6-7.2 ) um in diam., polar filament 17 ( 16- 18 )/im in length. Iodophilic vacuolc 4-4.5um in diam. |
