| 摘 要： | 对一猪场的病猪进行了临床检查、免疫学检测、病理解剖及组织学观察，结果表明：经ELISA脑心肌炎病毒抗原检测，抗原阳性；临床检查显示急性出血性热性败血症、不典型神经症状；组织学检查显示急性心肌炎、非化脓性脑炎、急性出血性淋巴结炎；结论为猪病毒性脑心肌炎。

| Abstract: | Swine disease has been studied by us on a pig farm ,which including clinical examination, immunological detection, pathological anatomy and histology. The results showed that antigen was positive, which detected by enceph-alomyocarditis virus antigen;Clinical examination revealed atypical symptoms and Acute hemorrhagic of fever septice-mia; histological examination displyed acute myocarditis, non-suppurative encephalitis and acute hemorrhagic of lymphadenitis;The conclusion of the study is that this swine disease is caused by encephalomyocarditis virus. |
