辽阳地区农村新能源开发现状与思考

分析了辽阳地区农村新能源的资源现状、开发优势和存在问题，提出了发展对策和建议。秸秆薪柴和畜禽粪便作为辽阳地区重要的生物质资源，将成为未来农村新能源发展的主要原料。目前能源结构性矛盾突出，清洁能源供应不足，开发利用程度低，环境污染严重，同时建设资金不足，资金注入渠道狭窄，服务体系尚不健全，发展基础依然薄弱，必须明确重点发展方向，制订发展规划，拓宽融资渠道，建立技术保障和服务体系，确保实现能源的可持续发展。

Current Status of New Energy Development in Liaoyang Rural Areas

The status quo and development advantage of new energy in Liaoyang rural areas, as well as the suggestion and the countermeasures for develop was pointed out. The straw firewood and animal manure will be treated as the im-portant biomass resources of Liaoyang city, as well as the main raw material of rural new energy in the futher. Presently and obviously, the contradictory of energy structure, the insufficient of clean sources supply, the utilization rate of de-velopment still not satisfactory, environmental pollution, also insufficient construction funds with insufficient capital in-jection procedure, unsound service system, the weak of development foundation, all these observation lead us to make necessary and clearly key direction for development with ample plan, to widen the financing procedure and establish technical supporting and service system, to ensure the sustainable development of social source.
