磁性附着体覆盖义齿的临床应用体会

目的：本文通过临床复查,观察评价25例磁性附着体覆盖义齿的修复效果.方法：对应用磁性覆盖义齿修复的患者进行复查,共20例患者,25例磁性附着体,观察附着休和基牙以及义齿的情况.结果：所有患者对义齿固位效果满意,发生基牙缘龈炎6例,磁体脱落2例,衔铁根帽脱落1例.结论：磁性附着体能够改善局部覆盖义齿的固位与稳定,提高患者满意度.临床上发现基牙缘龈炎、脱落等问题,需要对症解决.

Clinical Application of Magnetic Attachment Cover Denture

Objective Through clinical review, this paper discusses evaluation of 25 cases of magnetic at- tachment cover denture. Methods A total of 20 patients （8men and 12women） wearing over dentures with 25 magnetic attachments were followed-up. The evaluated period after denture insertion extended respectively. The conditions of the magnetic attachment, the abutment tooth and the denture were evaluated. Results The magnetic attachments improved the effect of over denture markedly; abutments were firmness; 6 cases occurred abutment marginal gingivitis 2 magnets and 1 keepers dropped. Conclusion Clinically found abutment edge problem such as gingivitis, fall off, need to suit the solution.
