| 摘 要： | 目的：比较常温酒精与温热酒精为高热患者擦浴的降温效果.方法：采用38℃-39℃温热酒精与30℃常温酒精对50例住院高热患者进行物理降温，观察比较两种方法在擦浴30min及60min后的降温效果.结果：温热酒精对高热患者的降温效果在30min后明显优于常温酒精（P＜0.05）；在擦浴60min后，两者的降温效果差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论：温热酒精擦浴的降温效果在30min后明显优于常温酒精，且快速降温效果显著.

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the cooling effects of sponge bath with warm alcohol and room temperature alcohol in cooling high fever patients. Methods：50 hospitalized high fever patients were treated with physical cooling method by using 38~39℃warm alcohol and 30℃room temperature alcohol, the cooling effects of two kinds of alcohol sponge bath were compared after 30 min and 60 min. Results：The cooling effect of warm alcohol was significantly better than the normal temperature alcohol after 30min sponge bath（P〈0.05）;but after 60min, their cooling effects were not sig-nificant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The cooling effect of sponge bath with warm alcohol is significantly better the room temperature alcohol after 30min, cooling fast and the effect is remarkable. |
