研究型卓越工程师培养中的物理教学模式探讨

摘    要:基于培养研究型卓越工程师的通用目标,初步探讨了在培养研究型卓越工程师过程中制定和实施的物理教学模式。揭示了自主创新产品项目的实施、设计性实验的研究、知识拓展的专业性和应用性内容的选择对培养卓越工程师的创新意识、构思以及设计等综合性能力是至关重要的。并根据一段时间以来物理教学模式的应用结果进行了客观的论述、分析和总结,找出经验和不足,以便为将来研究型工程人才培养提供有效的途径和方法,为建构培养学生优秀工程素质、工程能力和工程伦理的教学体系提供理论基础。

Abstract:Based on the common objective, the physics teaching modes on training investigative type outstanding engi-neers for the petroleum academy are preliminary discussed in the paper. Including carrying out items of the indepen-dently innovative product、researching of the designability experiments、and the professional and the applicability of knowledge expanding in process of teaching. At the same time, these teaching modes by analyzed are very important for the training of the basis engineering ability such asconsciousness of innovation、conception and design etc. Especially, the using results of above teaching modes was objective and quantized, and provided effective methods and fundamen-tal basis for fraining outstanding engineers.
