| 摘 要： | 本文研究了用氨三乙酸作活化剂，锰催化高碘酸钾氧化茜素紫３Ｂ褪色的新指示反应。该法具有良好的选择性，６０℃时其灵敏度达３．８１×１０￣（－８）ｇＭｎ／Ｌ，线性范围为１０．２５～９２．２５μｇＭｎ／２６Ｌ。本法已用于矿样及豆类作物中锰的测定，回收率为９３．０％～１０２．３％。

Determination of Trace Manganese by Catalytic Masking Method with a New Indicator Reaction |

| Abstract: | A newindicator reaction is developed on the basis of manganese-catalyzedoxidati on of alizarine violett 8B by potassium periodate with nitrilotriacetic acid as anactivator. The method revealed good selectivity, its sensitivity is 3.81×10￣(-8)gMn / L, andthe linear range is 10.25～92.25μg Mn /26L at 60℃. It has been applied to the determina-tion of manganese in ore samples and legume crops with recovery for 93.0%～102.3%.
