丙烯酸粉末涂料中交联剂的分散形态及机理的研究

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了交联剂癸二酸在丙烯酸粉末涂料中的分散形态和分散机理,癸二酸在树脂中分别以晶态,非晶态,分子级分散等三种形态存在,癸二酸与树脂之间的微量反应,是癸二酸的非晶态和分子级分散的必要条件。

Abstract:The dispersion morphology and mechanism of decanedioic acid in acrylic powder coating were investigated by DSC. It was shown that decanedioic acid was dispersed into acrylic resin in the crystalline form, noncrystalline form and molecular form, respectively. It was a necessary condition for the noncrystalline form and molecular form of decanedioic acid to disperse that decanedioic acid microreacts with epoxy group in arylic resin.
