职业教育的学习范式——基于行动的建构

摘    要:研究职业教育的学习,应从其学科理论核心--行动体系理论着手.行动理论的创新之处有二个方面.一是打破了学科体系按学科来划分知识的模式,而以"教育职业"为框架组织职业教育的教学内容:二是用陈述性知识、过程性知识来区分知识的状态,认为作为职业教育学习重点的过程性知识必须通过行动才可以生成.因此,职业教育的学习是建立在行动之上、主要以获得过程性知识为认知目标、学习主体认知体系自我建构的精神活动.
