| 摘 要： | 为了改善教学方法，提高教学质量，我们在多年教学实践的基础上，建立了微生物学和免疫学的考查、考试标准化试题库。本文介绍了建立题库的意义、题库的程序设计、阅卷的方法和取得的一些实际效果。
