磷酸铝分子筛和硅磷酸铝分子筛作为羧酸酯化反应催化剂的研究

摘    要:用新型磷酸铝分子筛和硅磷酸铝分子筛作催化剂合成了羧酸酯-丙酸丁酯和丙酸辛酯。考察了合成条件和催化剂制备方法对酯化反应的影响,并对酯产物做了红外光谱分析和物理性质测定,实测值接近文献值。

Abstract:Both butyl propionate and octyl propionate have been synthesized by the esterification reactions of carboxylic acid using novel aluminophosphate and silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves as catalysts.The effects of reaction conditions and the methods of preparing the molecular sieve catalysts on the esterification reaction have also been investigated.The ester products were analysed by IR. And some other physical properties were also determined.The experimental values obtained were almost the same as the literature values.
