| 摘 要： | 根据训练与比赛的相互依赖关系,按照“阅读“比赛、发现和分析问题、制定训练目标并设计练习方法的程序,在逐步接近比赛场景和氛围中进行解决实际问题的训练,再通过比赛进行验证并继续发现和解决问题,这是足球训练应遵循的基本工作程序。

| Abstract: | According to the relationship between match and training,following the way ofreadingmatch,discovering and analyzing problem,we can design a strong pertinence of training methodology and target and solve the real practical problem through training purpose by approaching real match atmosphere gradually.So,the basic procedure for soccer training is through real match to analysis, discovering and solving real problem. |
