摘    要:为研究蝶形腹板箱梁有效宽度及抗弯承载力,设计、制作了试验模型,并进行了静力加载试验;通过建立与试验条件一致的ABAQUS有限元模型,分析其受力性能;依据平截面假定,结合中、美、日三国规范计算其有效宽度,引入蝶形腹板折减系数α,建立了蝶形腹板箱梁极限抗弯承载力计算公式;通过承载力计算值与试验值、有限元值对比,结果表明:蝶形腹板与顶底板之间协同工作,受力性能良好;依据中美规范计算蝶形腹板箱梁有效宽度较为合理;在此基础上,蝶形腹板箱梁抗弯承载力计算值与试验值较为吻合,且结果偏安全。

Abstract:In order to study the effective width and flexural load capacity of the butterfly web box girder, a test model was designed and fabricated, and static loading tests were carried out; the ABAQUS finite element model was established and its force performance was analysed; the effective width was calculated based on the assumption of flat section, combined with the Chinese, American and Japanese codes, and the discount factor of the butterfly web was introduced to establish the ultimate flexural load capacity of the butterfly web box girder. The box girder ultimate flexural load capacity calculation formula; through the load capacity calculation value and test value, finite element value for comparison, the results show that: the butterfly web and the top and bottom plate work together, the force performance is good; according to the Chinese and American norms to calculate the effective width of the butterfly web box girder is more reasonable; on the basis of the effective width, the calculation of the butterfly web box girder flexural load capacity and test value is more consistent, and the results are on the safe side.
