Al2O3—SiO2(sf)/Al—Si复合材料残余应力的研究

摘    要:采用X射线法Al2O3-SiO2(sf)/Al-Si复合材料残余应力进行了研究。结果表明Al2O3-SiO2(sf)/Al-Si复合材料中存在较大的残余应力;残余应力的大小随纤维含量的增加而增加,且受到纤维分布的影响。在纤维定向增强的复合材料中,残余应力具有各向异性,平行纤维方向的残余应力最大,垂直纤维方向的残余应力最小。

Abstract:In this paper, the residual stress in Al2O3-SiO2(sf)/Al-Si Composite have been studied using X-ray diffraction. The results show that there are larger residual stress in Al2O3-SiO2(sf)/Al-Si Composite. The residual stress rises with fibre volume fraction and is influenced by the distribution states of the fibre. Residual stress are inhomogeneous in fibre direction reinforced composite. The largest residual stress occurs in the direction parallel to the fibre; and the smollest residual stress occurs in the direction perpendicular to the fibre.
