| 摘 要： | 本文讨论技术伦理研究中面临的多种困境.在提出技术伦理涵盖的三个层面的基础上,进一步分析了道德多元现象带来的基本伦理原则之间的冲突与对抗,技术进步与社会进步之间的矛盾等现象,而现代技术所具有的单一性、创新性、功能潜在性与发展的不确定性等特点则决定了传统的伦理准则无法提供对这些特殊之处的解决办法.在以上意义上,可以说技术伦理的意义并不在于它能够提出什么样的答案,而在于它本身体现了(包括了个人在内的)人类社会对自己的活动的反思、说明、辩护、批判,说明我们发明了技术,在使用着技术,但我们本身不是技术.在更大的程度上,它说明了人类意识到技术发展是可以被控制的,是可以按照人的设计发展的,是社会自信力的表现.对技术伦理的关注宣告了技术决定论的结束.

| Abstract: | The article treats some theoretical questions and dilemmas that the discussion on ethics in technology is confronted with:topic and definition(three levels of ethics in technology),conflicts of ethical principles(the preference problem),characteristic of modern technologies(singleness,creativeness,potentiality,uncertainty) etc.The dilemmas show that the sense of the discussion on ethics in technology is not in giving some answers but in focusiong questions.Ethics in technology are reflections,explanations,justifications and criticizing. |
