新型微型平板热管的传热性能

摘    要:对一种新型微型平板热管的传热性能进行了试验研究,分析了热管的充液率、倾角等对其传热性能的影响.研究结果表明,充液率直接影响热管的传热性能,热管的最佳充液率为30%左右,且重力对热管的性能的提高有辅助作用.

Abstract:Thermal performances of a new-style miniature flat heat pipe were studied experimentally,the effects of filling ratios and inclination on the thermal performance were analyzed.The results show that the thermal performance of heat pipes influenced by the filling ratios,the optimum filling ratio is about 30% and the gravity can assist the heat pipe working.It is proved that the heat pipes are promising for micro electronic apparatus cooling.
