公道正派是组织人事干部的职业价值取向

本文运用马克思主义价值理论讨论了组织人事干部的职业价值取向,指出组织人事干部必须把公道正派作为其职业价值取向,才能在实际工作中贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的本质“立党为公、执政为民”,才能为党和人民的事业做出贡献,真正实现其人生价值。

Fair and upright is the Occupation value orientation of the organization personnel cadres

In this paper, the writer discussed the Occupation value orientation of the organization personnel cadres by the Marxist theory of value , pointed out that the organization personnel cadres must be the Fair and upright occupation value orientation , they are able to put the essence"building a party serving the interests of the people,being in power for the people" of the important thought of "three represents" into effect in actual job, make the contribution out for the cause of the Party and people, and realize whose value of life really.
