The Promotion of the Layered and Law-based Assessment to the Development of University Students

This paper analyzes the present situation of China's higher education,probes into the importance of the developmental assessment,and points out that only establishing the concept of layering and assessing based on ability can make school and students get dual benefits,and only strengthening the legal norms,establishing and perfecting the quality control mechanism and making the students to take active part in the assessment can make the assessment more developmental.
