| 摘 要： | 从苦瓜种子中提取苦瓜籽总甙，并测定了此总甙体外抗HSV-Ⅰ和RSV的活性．实验结果表明，0.375×10 -3g/mL苦瓜籽总甙药液可抑制HSV-Ⅰ对Vero细胞和RSV对Hep-2细胞的损害.且此浓度对正常Vero细胞和Hep-2细胞均无毒性作用.
