摘    要:根据特轻薄异型件——新式组合瓶盖衬垫的结构特点、与外体组合压装前的位置与运动关系,分析确定其定位方式.进行衬垫止口与导向键配合过程的运动学分析,确定最佳导向键斜角的大小.将衬垫抽象为某一质量m、质心O(a,b)的准自由落体。其运动为自由落体基本运动和绕固定点回转的牵连运动.在此基础上,探讨衬垫与外体组合前下落的姿态.它为确定衬垫准确落入外体,提供确切的结构与运动的参数.

Location and Kinematic Analysis of Extra Light and Extra Thin Component with Irregular Shape
Abstract:With regard to a new type combined lining of bottle cap as extra light and extra thin component with irregular shape, the authors analyse and determine its locate mode according to its structural characteristic and its positional and motional relation with outer body of bottle before assembling and pressing; and give a kinematic analysis on the fitting process between the notch of lining and the key of guidance, so as to determine the optimal degree of bevel angle of guidance key. The lining is abstracted to be a quasi freely falling body with mass m and centroid O(a,b) ; and its motion, to be basic motion of freely falling body and involving motion revolving around fixed point. On this basis, the falling attitude of the lining before it combines with outer body is investigated. For ascertaining that the lining falls exactly into outer body, the precise structural and motional parameters are thus offered.
