摘    要:分析了国内上世纪末从国外引进的Spheripol工艺聚丙烯生产技术及其反应器特点。基于丙烯聚合反应机理选定了合成聚丙烯的动力学方程,并判定了环管反应器内的流体流动模式.在此基础上建立了该反应器在稳态操作条件下的数学模型。

Abstract:The knowledge of the kinetic parameters and their distributing characteristic in a reactor is important to optimize and control a reactor operation in propylene process.However,it is difficult to propose a comprehensive and precise kinetic mathematics model.A model for describing and predicting the kinetic distributing characteristic in a loop reactor for polypropylene under a steady operating condition based on the Spheripol technics was proposed in this paper.At first,the Spheripol technics and its reactor for propylene polymerization were analyzed on the basis of many literatures and the reactor data in a 70 kt/a polypropylene plant of Fujian petrochemical Co.Ltd.were also introduced in detail.Moreover,the propylene polymerization mechanism,its kinetics and the flow pattern of liquid in the reactor were selected and developed.Based on all above and the conversation laws including the materiel and the energy,a mathematic model for the loop reactor under a steady operating condition was put forward and developed.According to the model developed,the kinetic profiles ( such as the solid content,the monomer concentration,the catalyst concentration,the hydrogen concentration,the temperature in the loop reactor,the cooling water temperature,etc.) and the loop reactor length are (obtained),which provides the theoretical basis for optimizing and controlling operation of propylene loop reactor.
