| 摘 要： | 文章主要以建筑市场的激烈竞争为重点,介绍了建筑市场所面临的困难,指出垫资施工的危害首先表现在基本建设失控,建筑企业不堪负重,应该尽快制定有关法规,维护建筑企业的合法权益.
