金属切削微机数据采集与处理系统软件的研制

摘    要:介绍了由 TP801 单板机和八位 A/D 板组成的切削力、切削温度数据采集与处理系统软件研究。应用该软件进行切削数据采集与处理,不仅速度快、精度高,而且操作十分简单。在切削时,单板机根据所输入的控制字进行相应地单因素、多因素信号采集与处理。在采集过程中,软件能自动判断是否开始切削、是否停止切削,自动进行采集和处理,并通过数码管显示,告诉操作者数据采集与处理的各个运行阶段。

Abstract:A data acquisition/processing system software was developed for metal-cutting force and temperature by way of a single board computer TP801 and a 8-bit ADC. Its application shows that the operation is simple with fast speed and high accuracy. Both single and multi-factor signals are available to acquire/ process according to the control word format input when cutting. The software will come to a decision on whether the cutting process starts up or stops and acquire/process data automatically, and inform the operator of each running phase through a digital display.
