| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,铅(Ⅱ)—碘—丁基罗丹明B离子缔合物的荧光性质,建立水相中直接测定铅的荧光分光光度法。铅量在0～4.0μg/25mL范围内与荧光强度有线性关系。本法灵敏度高,并且具有简便快速的特点,用于测定空气中的铅含量,获得满意的的结果。

| Abstract: | A new fluorescence reaction of lead( II )has been developed,based on formation of an ion-association complex of lead( II )with potassium iodide and butylrhodamine B in the presence of PVA. The optimum conditions of fluorometric determination of lead( I )has been established. The calibration curve is rectilinear over the range of 0-4. Oug/25ml. The method has been used for determination of lead( II ) in air with satisfactory results. |
