摘    要:两性离子聚合物钻井液在高原冻土钻探的成功应用对于实现钻井液的低温流变调控意义重大。以HT为主处理剂的两性离子聚合物钻井液作为研究对象,对钻井液在低温条件下的流变性能进行了测试。利用多元回归分析和最小二乘法对试验数据进行统计学分析。结果表明,宾汉模式可作为描述该两性离子聚合物钻井液低温流变特性的优选模式。基于此,计算出该钻井液配方在不同温度下的流变参数,以探究钻井液流变性能随温度降低的变化规律;并就该钻井液的低温流变特征进行了评价。进一步采用傅里叶红外光谱试验和扫描电镜试验就该两性离子聚合物对钻井液低温流变调控机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Amphoteric polymer drilling fluid has been applied in plateau permafrost drilling successfully, which makes a great significance for realizing rheological performances adjustment of drilling fluid. Taking amphoteric polymer HT drilling fluid as a research object, the low-temperature rheological properties were tested and the experimental data were analyzed through regression analysis and least square method. According to the experimental results, Bingham model can be considered as optimal-selection model to characterize the low-temperature rheological performances of the drilling fluid. Based on that, Bingham model was applied to calculate the rheological parameters under different temperatures, so as to explore the effects of low temperature on the rheological properties of the drilling fluid and evaluate its low-temperature rheological properties scientifically. Moreover, the adjustment mechanism of amphoteric polymer HT to the low-temperature rheological properties of the drilling fluid was analyzed through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy tests (FT-IR) of the amphoteric polymer HT and scanning electron microscope tests (SEM) of the mud cakes.
