| 摘 要： | 本科生导师制对提高高等教育质量具有重要作用。本科生导师制可以弥补高等教育大众化对高校人才培养的负面影响,有利于完善人才培养体制,有利于促进教学相长,有利于培养学生的综合素质。高等院校实施本科生导师制需要有相应的措施,建立健全相应的规章制度。
