| Abstract: | The traditional hierarchy structure based on function classification should be changed because of the intensifying competition environment and the impact of information technology development.The paper analyzes the change trend of organizational structure and propose a new organizational structurethe horizontal bus structure based on teams,which could embody the networking and flattening features of future enterprises.The components and their characters of the new structure was portrayed. |
