电站锅炉异种钢接头的蠕变断裂分析

摘    要:分别采用A302、Inconel82焊材对G102与SUS304异种钢接头进行焊接,通过对不同加热状态下的这两类接头局部所进行的成分、组织与性能的测定、分析与比较,探讨了电站锅炉异种钢接头的断裂机理。

Abstract:G102 and SUS304 steel tubes are welded respectively with the deposited metal of A302 and Inconel82 . Then the composition microstructure and properties of these joints heated at different temperatures are determined , analysed and compared . And based on these findings, the rupture mechanisms of these dissimilar metal joints in power boilers are researched.
