摘    要:目的为跟骨骨折的手术内固定螺钉植入提供解剖学依据.方法用游标卡尺和量角器对30个成人正常跟骨干燥标本进行测量分析,分别测量跟骰关节面的横径和内倾角,并通过跟骨的矢状断层切片对跟骰关节面附近的内部骨小梁结构进行观察。结果 跟骨骰骨关节面的横径为(22.58±2.37)mm;其内倾角(59.3±6.4)°;紧邻跟骰关节面下的骨小梁较致密.向后下方则逐渐变得稀疏、纤细.结论跟骰关节面下方是螺钉植入的理想位置;应根据跟骨骰骨关节面的横径选择螺钉长度,根据该关节面的内倾角决定螺钉的进钉方向.

Abstract:Objective To provide anatomic basis for screw internal fixation of anterior process of calcaneus to treat calcaneal fractures. Methods 30 adult calcaneus specimens were studied.Thnsverse diameter and inner tilt angle of the calcaneocuboid articular surface were measured,while inner structures near theealeaneocuboid articular surface were observed. Result The maximal transverse diameter of the caleaneocuboid articular surface was about(22.58±2.37)mm,the maximalinner tilt angle was about (59.3±6.4)°. Bone trabecula just under the ealeaneocuboid articular surface was compact and redundant. Conclusions Screws can be implanted into the calea- neocuboid articular surface where is filled with compacted trabecula.The length of the screw is selected according to the transverse diameter of the ealcaneocuboid articular surface.and the direction of the screw is determined according to the inner tilt angle.
