| 摘 要： | 为评价门冬氨酸钾镁治疗各种心律失常的临床疗效。方法：用常规１２导联心电图监测门冬氨酸钾镁治疗组和常规治疗组的心率和心律的变化，同时观察病人临床症状和体征。结论门冬氨酸闰是治疗各种心律失常包括心力衰竭伴心律失常有效而安全的药物。

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate in treating various arrhythmia. Methods: Conventional 12 - lead ECG and interval 24 hour DCG were used to monitor the changes of heart rate and rhythm on potassium magnesium aspartate group and conventional therapy group (use energy mixture). Clinical symptoms and signs of patients were also observed at the meanwhile. Results: The total effective rate of treated group was significantly higher than that of control group (92% vs. 51%, P < 0. 01). The total effective rates for atrial and ventriculax arrhythmia in the treated group were 85% and 96% (P > 0. 05). The total effective rates for simple arrhythmia and congestive heart failure with arrhythmia in the treatment group were 89% and 94% (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Potassium magnesium aspartate is an effective and safe drug for treatment of various arrhymia including congestive heart failure with arrhythmia. |
