以玉米秆为原料的生物质热解油的特性分析

摘    要:对以玉米秆为原料热解获得的生物油的组成和性质进行了分析,结合色质联用技术分析获得了生物油主要组分的分布.研究结果表明:以玉米秆为原料制取的生物油中含乙酸27.32%、酯类6.72%、单环芳烃衍生物33.52%、多环芳烃衍生物1.32%;生物油由于高含氧量,需要进一步改性才能进行高端利用.

Abstract:The pyrolytic bio-oil produced from cornstalk by flash pyrolysis in a fluidized bed reactor was analyzed. The composition of the bio-oil was determined by GC-MS and FTIR. The results show that the bio-oil is composed of 27. 32% acetic acid, 6. 72% ester, 33. 52% single ring aromatic compounds and 1.32% multi-ring aromatic compounds. Upgrading of bio-oil should be processed further to improve its quality due to its high oxygen content.
