原位纳米测试技术研究灵芝孢子孢壁弹性模量和硬度

摘    要:采用原位纳米测试技术研究灵芝孢子孢壁的力学性能。进行了试样制备方法的探索,利用原位纳米力学测试与分析系统,分别测试未破壁和机械法破壁的灵芝孢子孢壁的弹性模量和硬度。结果显示:未破壁灵芝孢子的平均弹性模量为2.0 GPa,硬度为0.13 GPa;机械法破壁灵芝孢子的平均弹性模量为4.36 GPa,硬度为0.26 GPa。研究结果为分析孢子的破壁机理提供了必要的参数。
