摘    要:提出了突发或者蓄意污染情况下供水管网水质监测点优化选址的最大覆盖选址模型.结合一管网算例,利用EPANET2软件模拟扩展周期非稳态水力水质条件下管网节点污染物浓度变化情况,由此得到各个节点被注入污染物后,监测点监测到污染物浓度时不同用户节点对外供出的污染水体体积.同时提出基本粒子群优化算法与遗传算法交叉、变异算子相结合的整数编码的混合粒子群优化算法来求解该选址模型,并编制了相应的C 程序.提出的优化模型与求解算法对管网水质监测点的优化选址具有一定的参考作用.

Abstract:In order to detect accidental or intentional contamination intrusion to water distribution systems,a maximal covering location model for optimizing the placement of a limited number of water quality monitoring stations is proposed.The node contaminant concentration time series under extended period unsteady hydraulics and water quality conditions are simulated using EPANET2.After one node is injected with contamination,the contaminated water consumed of various demand nodes can be computed before detection.An integer coded hybrid particle swarm optimization(HPSO) algorithm which incorporates the crossover and mutation operators of Genetic Algorithm with basic particle swarm optimization(PSO) is proposed to solve the model,and a C code is programmed.The optimization model and HPSO algorithm proposed in this paper are helpful to the optimal location of water quality monitoring stations in water distribution systems.
