浅谈语用原则和言语交际失误

人们之间的言语交际并不总是成功的，导致言语交际失误的原因有诸多方面，包括非语言性因素、语言性因素、语用因素等。从语用性因素的礼貌原则和合作原则两方面来探讨言语交际失误产生的机理，并选取日常生活中的例子来说明。纵然言语交际双方的会话体现了合作和礼貌原则，但由于语境、说话人和受话人的认知等不同也会造成言语交际的失败。

On the pragmatic principle and errors of verbal communication

People＇s verbal communication is not always successful which results form many factors, including nonverbal factor, verbal factor, pragmatic factor, etc. This paper explores the causes for errors of verbal communication in the light of the polite principle and the cooperative principle of pragmatics and cites examples of daily life. In spite of the polite principle and cooperative principle used in conversation, verbal communication may fail owing to the different context and cognition of addressor and addressee, etc.
