中孔MCM-41分子筛的合成与表征

摘    要:用廉价的工业品表面活性剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵作模板剂,在Na2-O-SiO2-C18TMA-H2O的四元水热体系中合成出中孔MCM-41分子筛,并考察了反应物配料比对产物相对结晶度的影响,同时用XRD,SEM,IR,TG/DTA,N2吸附等温线及其孔径分布曲线等测试手段对其物化性能进行了表征。实验结果表明:用工业品表面活性剂代替试剂作模板剂同样能合成出高质量的中孔MCM-41分子筛。

Abstract:Mesoporous MCM 41 molecular sieve was synthesized in a hydrothermal system of Na 2O SiO 2 C 18 TMA H 2O by using low priced industrial product surfactant octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride instead of the expensive reagent surfactant hexadecy trimethyl ammonium bromide as template.It is characterized by XRD,SEM,IR,TG/DTA and N 2 adsorption isotherm.The influences of OH /SiO 2,C 18 TMA/SiO 2 and H 2O/SiO 2 on the relative crystallinity of product were studied.Experimental results show that high quality mesoporous MCM 41 molecular sieve is able to be synthesized with cheap industrial product surfactant instead of reagent as template .This is valuable for its industrial production.
