| 摘 要： | 当前,高职院校学生教育管理工作中存在着思想认识、制度建设、师资、手段等方面的问题。对此,应转变思想观念,理顺体制,完善制度,锻炼队伍,提升境界,引导学生自我教育、自我管理,努力培养出现代化建设的合格人才。

| Abstract: | The negative post language on the nets of the higher vocational colleges reflects the educational management problems as well as the student quality. In order to cultivate the talents with higher quality, we will have to change our thoughts and ideas, improve the management system, deepen the relevant research and train our management staff. |
