摘    要:以γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)作中间体,用溶胶-凝胶法合成了含对硝基偶氮苯胺(DO3)生色团的新型键合型有机/无机复合非线性光学(NLO)材料,并通过FTIR,1H-NMR,UV-Vis,DSC等方法对此键合型聚合物膜的制备过程和NLO性质进行了表征.研究结果表明,有机生色团与无机SiO2网络的化学键合能有效地抑制NLO生色团的极化松弛,使制备的NLO材料具有较好的取向稳定性.二次谐波信号(SHG)测量也表明,该键合型聚合物膜的二阶非线性光学系数(d33)值可达5.79×10-7esu;NLO稳定性也较好,在室温下放置90 d,其d33值能维持初始值的93.5%;在100℃下放置300 min后,其d33值仍能维持初始值的60%.

Abstract:A new kind of bonded organic/inorganic hybrid Nonlinear Optical (NLO) materials containing 4-nitro-4'-amino azobenzene was synthesized by sol-gel process. The preparation process of the material were studied by FTIR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, DSC and the Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) measurement. The results indicated that the chemical bonding of chromophores to inorganic SiO2 networks could reduce effectively dipole alignment relaxation of the chromophores. The SHG measurements also showed the bonded polymer film has a high NLO coefficient (d33) of 5.79×10-7esu, and exhibit good SHG stability. The d33 value of the bonded film can maintain about 93.5% of its initial value at room temperature for 90 d, and can maintain about 60% at 100 ℃ for 300 min.
