DMF回收温度监测通信方案的设计

摘    要:以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)回收系统的自动化改造为背景,利用现场总线的高效性和可靠性,提出基于Modbus RTU协议的温度采集解决方法.并采用OPC技术实现数据与上位机软件——组态王的通信,解决了温度监测系统中温度巡检表与监控计算机之间的实时数据通信问题.实践证明,该系统克服了人工监测温度的缺点,显著地提高了DMF回收系统的自动化水平.

Abstract:For the efficiency and reliability of fieldbus,the solution of the temperature acquisition based on Modbus RTU protocol was put forward in the automation transformation of DMF recovery system.In temperature monitoring system,the real-time data communication between the temperature inspection table and monitoring computer was achieved with OPC technology and the host computer software-Kingview.It proved that the system could overcome the shortcomings of manual monitoring temperature,and significantly improved the level of automation of DMF recovery system.
