摘    要:针对危险化学品事故应急响应等级划分及快速反应中存在的问题,利用事故树的分析方法,提出以空气中苯浓度、人员暴露时间和扩散范围3个参数来划分苯泄漏事故应急响应等级,并将应急响应划分为事故发展前期和后期两个阶段。以河南神马集团尼龙化工有限责任公司为例,建立了基于事故树分析法的苯泄漏事故应急响应等级划分方法,并对苯泄漏事故的应急响应程序进行了分析。
